Enterprise Architecture Models

People who follows my BLOG must be wondering, why I am loading few graphical models without any comments. There is no secret in guessing that I am in the process of defining these models. There are plenty of EA models in the industry but none of them really gives you very close touch points when it comes to implementation. Arguably, my model gives you single view of Strategy, Governance and Implementation.

Once the initial strategy and governance is setup as suggested in my model, we can use TOGAF ADM methodology to implement four tenets of architecture domain (Business, Information, Applications and Technology).

I have also proposed two new frameworks – PAF and PAM. These frameworks / methodologies help align IT projects to EA principles and necessary investment decision making. I will be uploading these frameworks very soon.

In addition, I will be uploading the white paper on my reference model in near future.
